Note: The S&H is almost twice the cost of the book... (Toygarden Seller Feedback)Jan 17, 2007

This was sort of a mess. I ordered the coloring book, but where they say you can review the order before you place it, they negelct to separate the details hence there was no way to see the outrageous S&H on this order.
I purchased the coloring book for $4.78 but didn't realize that the S&H was $7.25!! Then I didn't get it for over a week. I have sent stuff to people that was bigger, for less, and gotten it there sooner. After I got it, I noticed there was a tear in the cover. After seeing this and after everything else, I was very upset, so I left a very bad feedback rating and then left town the next day.
Credit to ToyGarden, they were very persistent at wanting to resolve my discontent. They left several messages for me while I was out of town that I got when I returned, however, since I did not return until the 23rd of Dec and this was supposed to be a gift, I figured it was too late to do anything. Toygarden however persisted and kept trying to contact me regarding the negative posting.
We came to an agreement and I agreed to pull the negative feedback but when I tried to go in an leave a more accurate account of the transaction I couldn't. You only get one chance here.
They are very concerned about ensuring customer satisfaction and go out of their way to rectify any dissatisfaction. They refunded my S&H when they did not have to.
Apparently Amazon sets the S&H for this stuff, so, be aware, if you think you are getting a deal, make sure you consider the S&H.
