Breyer SecretariatSep 10, 2010
By Sharon The Breyer Secretariat is a beautiful display model! They have captured in detail the great racehorse in full gallop. With his mane and tail blowing in the wind, and the outline of his every muscle, you can easily visualize this great horse making his way to the finish line. It is a fitting commemoration of a legendary horse.

By Faith A Perry This was a gift for my adult daughter who owns horses and one of them is a descendant of Secretariat. Therefore, it is hard to rate it as a toy since it will only be a display. She has collected Breyer horses since she was 5 years old and all of them were very durable. She was pleasantly surprised to get this gift. The detail is fantastic.
Great model, but doesn't look like a throroughbred!Jan 16, 2012
Secretariat is one of my favorite horses. I don't own the model, but I know people who do and I've gotten a chance to see what he looks like in Breyer form. While Thoroughbreds are usually slim and fit, as one would say, this mold in particular is much more like a Quarter Horse, for the bulkiness of him. Still, overall he's a great horse, and like all Breyers you should be careful with them.
