Beautiful Breyer coltJan 29, 2009 Buttecup is sturdy, darling pose, realistic and has lovely detail. This comical but utterly natural pose is a must for the horse lover/collector to own. I cannot see one being enough-he is truly a little darling! There are not nearly enough Traditional size colts/foals available-and this one MUST be a top choice! he never fails to make me smile!
Very realisticNov 19, 2008 I got this pretty buckskin or dun apaloosa foal for christmas a few years ago and she is adorable. It's name is Buttercup and even though she has only three feet on the ground she is very sturdy. Her tail is perked up and she has a little star on her forehead. Her shading is great and so is the rest of her coloring.Very detailed, she even has chestnuts on her legs. A very good, cute model.
Very detailedAug 04, 2007 Buttercup is an adorable dun blanket Appaloosa foal. Buttercup could also be classified as a dun snowflake Appaloosa because of the spareness of her markings.
Buttercup has many details that do not show in her product picture. For one, her little eyes are hand detailed with delicate eye whites and a detailed brown iris with a deep black pupil and finally highlighted and glossed to make them really shine. These eyes are beautiful and lifelike.
Buttercup also has hand painted chestnuts on her legs that are a delicate shaded grey. She also has a crisp dorsal stripe down her back.
The Breyer mare Sheza Good Sport has coloring very similar to this foal and the two of them make a lovely pair.
