i just love this model! it's perfect for display and for play.the shading on both is just stunning. My only concern is that this toy is very fragile and should not be played with like a reguler $5 toy from walmart. the rich coloring on the mare is definetly worth more than what it cost. the foal has the most adorable face i've ever seen on any model horse. many people will think that prouducts are classic just because it's cheaper than the rest, but these are traditional scale models. another thing i want say is that your two models for the price of one cheap one. A Must Buy!!!

This set is extremely cute. Both models are well detailed and have great anatomy. The mare is a lovely bay while the colt is a sandy light bay (both colorings are equally gorgeous). Both of them have very sweet expressions. While they are beautiful, they can break if played with too roughly. A great addition to any collector's shelf.

These models are so beautiful and arrived just on time, its great that heartbreaker doesn't lay on GG Valentine. Which I've seen at buying stores e.g. Horseland, sadleworld, etc. Valentine is beautiful and very detailed, she has amazing shading and a pretty head. Heartbreaker on the other hand, is a very scopie foal with a gorges turn of front, altogether beautiful models and a great buy on my behalf.

So, odd thing is that it doesn't say anywhere in the descrption that they are glossy. I recieved these horses glossy. I don't know if me recieveding them glossy instead of dull was an accadent, or if you will get glossy too, but either way they are beautiful (glossy is actually harder to find + usually charged more expensive)
this 'toy' (I collect these, not use them as toys) isn't educational - but unlike a lot of toys being made these days, it doesnt make you stupid either, hahaha.
They are not the most durable - they scratch fairly easy and can become broken or chipped.
Although they are not too expensive, if you are looking to buy this as a toy and DON'T want it to get destroyed or stratched up (if you have rough kids) i would keep looking.
But as a collector this pair of horses is BEAUTIFUL. I love the coloring, and the horses themselfs are gorgeous as well!
