It's fun being greenDec 17, 2008
By Graves This is a great game for families and kids. It has beautiful pictures of the earth's climatic regions and is completely eco-friendly. It will increase your families knowledge about nature, while providing information to seed their interest about carbon tax, wind power, and pristine environments. This game features words and concepts that are now becoming common in the environmental news and that will provide your children with a greater understanding for what is happening with the natural world.
This is a great idea for an educational game that is enjoyable enough that your kids won't realize they are learning something!

Earthopoly great learning tool and fun!Mar 22, 2011
By Sandy I am an environmental educator, and my kids are my guinea pigs for new work projects. Earthopoly was a hit with my 4 kids aged 6, 8, 11, and 13. Played with the same rules as Monopoly but with an environmental twist. Playing the game brought up more discussion on various environmental topics. I would definitely recommend this for educators to provide as a loaner game to classrooms or even as a giveaway, as well as families wanting to teach their children about environmental issues.

My daughter played this at a friend's house and begged me to get it. I wasn't sure how this game would be -- and I really like it a lot. We've played for hours - enjoying what we've learned and having fun in competing. Would definitely recommend to other families.

I love that every aspect of this game is eco-friendly, from the biodegradable plastic its wrapped in, to the eco trivia on the back of each property card.
