| | | Description: | | Wild Animalopoly has all the fun of a traditional real estate trading game with some wild animal twists. Instead of buying property, players become Caretakers of animals. Instead of rent, players pay Meal Fees. Trust us, that's a lot better! A player collects 4 elements - the land, water, food and clean air - that all animals need to survive and trade them in for a Habitat where an animal can survive on its own. Flip over the Animal Certificates and you'll find several fun facts about each. Did you know a polar bear has coal-black skin? Or that a flamingo is pink because it eats shrimp? And here you always thought it was because flamingos were girly. How about the fact that a giraffe hoof is the size of a large dinner plate? (But don't eat dinner from a giraffe's hoof. Yikes!) It's all fun and games until you land on HIDE FROM PREDATOR... then it's time to run to HIDING and you're out for 3 turns! So grab your token and advance to EXPLORE. Who knows? You may become the caretaker of a two-ton rhino. Or you might get fleas! Whatever happens... it's howling good fun! IT'S WILD! 2-6 players Ages 8 and up | | | Features: | |
• The board game classic heads into the animal kingdom
• Choose traditional play or one hour version
• Opoly-style play
• For 2 to 6 players

my kids LOVE this gameSep 04, 2009 my kids played this game with their cousins and love it so much that I had to find it. I could not find it in stores so thank goodness for Amazon!
Great Fun & A Nice Change From The Old-HatFeb 06, 2009 The grand-girls LOVE playing this game! The younger, now age 6, has learned to count faster than ever, and is really becoming a proficient entrepreneur! Her math skills are terrific! The older, aged ten, has learned the value of not procrastinating. When you see a deal, punce on it or lose! All-in-all, this is a really nice updated change from the original version. And since most all kids love learning about animals they love this game.
Although probably not designed as a 'learning tool' this game has taught the kids much about animal species, banking, math, and cooperation, etc. It's a good investment, and they love to play so it doesn't collect dust on the shelf!

IT'S THE BEST!Aug 04, 2006 We got this version of Monopoly in Hawaii, and it is great! My sister and I like to play it when we have time, and it's much better than the real Monopoly, because the real Monopoly is too confusing. This one makes sense, and is easy to play. I mean, people of all ages can play it! It's awesome!
