We purchased the Sticky Mosaics Fantastic Fish for our 6 year old daughter last Christmas. She worked on 3 pictures over the first two days, then the remainder within the next month. She loved seeing the pictures come alive and sparkle. You can easily fix mistakes by peeling off a tile and repositioning it.
The only complaint about durability is that the plastic hangers that come with the kit do not hold well to the back of the pictures. All of the pictures fell down off the wall within a day.

My 7-year-old granddaughter loved this. It occupied her time and attention, and helped her to focus on the detail. It's beautiful and she loved it, and spent a lot of time making it just perfect. She even allowed her 4-year-old sister to help her with it. So it encouraged cooperation as well! Great toy!

Perfect to keep little ones busyMay 16, 2011

We got one of the beginner Orb Factory Mosiac kits for my 4 year old to try and he had that one completed in a couple of hours. I got this one because I was hoping it would entertain him a little longer. Once he finished the entire first kit, he was looking forward to getting more to do. This one has smaller size stickers than the beginner one and it even has some sparkly pieces. My son loves this and it took him a couple of days to finish one image. This kit comes with 5 different images so it should keep him occupied for a while. The first kit we had came with just colored foam pieces that were larger than these and were in different shapes. All of the foam pieces in this set are square but the sparkly pieces come in some different shapes. Here the pictures have numbers 1 through 9 that relate to the different colored pieces that you match up by number.
This is such a fun activity for kids and I enjoy working on these with my son as well. The only negative thing on this kit is that some of the some of the pieces don't stick as well so they end up moving around on the card and the square glass looking pieces sometimes come off the sheet but leave the glue behind. Overall I think this is a wonderful activity that is great to do with kids or even for them to do alone. I plan to buy several more in the future for my kids and nieces and nephews. Great idea!

Wonderful project for a rainy day - or when kids are sick - They create artistic mosaics that you can frame and hang. Pretty little pictures.
ONLY downside is the tiny little pieces of paper that end up all over the floor. But its way easier to clean up than moonsand!

My 5 year old grandaughter received this as a gift at Christmas. She and I had "big fun" doing this craft together.
I then purchased one for my 82 year old mother who has alzheimers. She also enjoyed this craft and we did it together. The tiny little mosaics were somewhat hard for her to handle but we managed as I would pick them up and she would take them from me. The only disappointing thing was that the sticky backing actually pulled apart from quite a few of the larger mosaics and we needed glue to reattach them.
I work at a bank and several of the "other" grandmas purchased these as well after they saw mine. There will be lots of mosaic kits in Easter baskets this Sunday. Thank you for a fun product for all ages!!
