My daughter loves these! They will keep her busy for hours at a time. This size is perfect - enough to keep her interested - but not too big. She can come back at a later time, and pick it right back up.
There are enough extra tiles included that we've never had a problem with loosing them, or running out. High quality products that seem to last. We've even framed a couple for her room.
GREAT for rainy days, and even long car rides. Very good for patience, hand - eye coordination, and a perfect something to do when Mom need a break!!

A friend gave us this for my daughter's 6th birthday and she LOVES it. I think it's good for increasing fine motor skills, but that's probably the limit of its 'educational value'. As a toy though, it's great! My daughter is prone to distraction and she stays very focused and concentrated when she does these. She likes when I help her and we do it as a team (only child syndrome perhaps), but she will also do it on her own and this is an amazing and unusual happening in our house. I will be buying these as gifts and maybe getting more for her when we finish these. (The kit has 4 boards for you to make into mosaics).

Our kids love this and spend lots of time doing these mosiacs. They love the pictures when they are done. Very easy to do for 4-7 yr olds

"Love My Kids"
I am so impressed with this kit and I wasn't sure I would be. My five-year-old and I did one together today. She normally will not sit still long enough to color an entire picture but she sat there for this. Then she wanted to make one for me "all by herself." It took about two hours but She did it! It is fantastic. One of the reviews complained about trouble peeling the backs off each of the little block but the trick is that you should not separate the pieces. You simply bend the paper back a little and the colored blocks pop right off of the backing. We had NO trouble or frustrations with them!
It's a high-quality kit and so lovely when complete that I now have two new pieces of art hanging on the walls of my living room!

This was a gift for my boyfriend's 9-year daughter, and an attempt on my part to help her cure her bedroom boredom. It was a huge hit! It's a great little project, and I love that it takes enough time to complete that she can put it down and come back to it later.
