If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the unused product within 30 days (we must be notified 3 days after receipt if you wish to exchange or return a saddle) of receipt (as indicated by UPS) for an exchange or refund of the purchase price of the merchandise. Returns will not be accepted after the 30 day limit. Items must be in new condition with tags and packaging in place. Used, abused, or broken after use items will not be accepted. Items without original packaging or with tags removed will not be accepted. We are sorry, but for obvious reasons, bits are NOT RETURNABLE if they are placed in the horse's mouth! Please place a bed sheet on your horse when you try on blankets and sheets. Blankets must be returned free of horse hair and dirt for a refund. All shipping charges on ALL Exchanges will be at the buyer's expense. Saddles may be returned or exchanged within 3 days of receipt of saddle, but only if they are in NEW UNUSED condition, may not have been ridden in, no wear marks may be visible. Shipping charges will not be refunded unless the product is defective or we accidentally ship you the incorrect item. The Original Horse Tack Company does not accept returns for clearance, closeout or custom color/size items. Once opened, computer software is non-returnable. For your protection, we recommend that you ship your return back to us via UPS or US Postal Service with insured service. This protects you in case the shipment is damaged or lost in transit. This will also allow you to track your return shipment easily through that carrier. We cannot assume responsibility for misdirected, damaged, or lost shipments. |
